This premium blend of 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Chambourcin, Yadkin Valley varietals, is full bodied and smooth with an intense color. All of these grapes are from the 2007 harvest, which was the best grape year in the last 20-30 years because of the severe drought. We feel this wine will age well and may be properly cellared for 2 or 3 years. Serve with a special dinner (filet mignon or roast). Released to celebrate Brushy Mountain Winery’s second anniversary, October 2008.
